Keith Crampton had his first run out in his very pretty Wild Bunch slingshot.

Jon Evans celebrated his birthday with fourth spot in Super Gas at the end of day one.

If you look carefully you can see the Havoc blown-alcohol altered shedding pieces of blower belt.

Clayton Round made the journey from the Czech Repulic to compete in the NFAA. This car is for sale if you fancy some blown-alcohol action.

Judging by the crew reaction Dave Grabham ran a Personal Best in the Freddy's Revenge blown-alcohol altered.

Joe Dear is second in Junior Drag Bike qualifying at the end of the first day.

Joe Kellett's 0.0228 reaction time is currently good for fifth in Junior Dragster qualifying.

Dan Page came very close to pocketing the Eurodragster.com / Speedflow Perfect Light Award with a 0.001 reaction in Pro ET qualifying.

Carla Pittau and Rick McCann had a his'n'hers qualifying pairing in Pro ET qualifying.

John Atkinson dialled in a 9.00 for one Pro ET qualifier and ran an 8.9.

Bernie Newbury wheelied his way to the Outlaw Flat Four lead.

Barry Woodford is a new name to us in Outlaw Anglia.

Graham Balchin clocked 191.91 in Super Street Bike qualifying and is currently second qualifier.

Wild Bunch #4 qualifier Chris Hartnell carried the front wheels forever.

Steve Carey leads Top Fuel Bike qualifying and went over 200 mph on his first run of the weekend.

Stu Chamberlain did a great riding job to stay on the Predator after the Funny Bike tried to toss him off.

Kev Charman made a welcome return to the strip and is currently third in Funny Bike.

In this afternoon's last Super Modified qualifying pairing it was any colour you like so long as it was orange and any first name you like so long as it was Tim, Mugridge or Garlick.

Another welcome return is Dave Hall in 9.50 Bike.

Steve Partridge is the reigning Supertwin ET Champion.

Neil Steadman runs in Supertwin Gas.

Ian Jackson's Camaro is second in Sportsman ET qualifying.

Dennis Wratten got very close to the NFAA blown-alcohol altered bests.

It's not unusual to see Chris Bray's name at the top of VW Sportsman qualifying.

Photographer Dave Dick was standing in the line of fire when Kev Slyfield's Pro Mod got out of shape in the burnout and took out the Christmas Tree.

The Tree was last seen somersaulting towards Stratford-upon-Avon as Kev's Willys nosed into the guardrail. Kev was just fine and the Willys was hardly damaged.
