Here are the forms you will need to join the club, register your vehicle and enter the race meetings. All forms are available to download as MS Word documents (Hold down the shift key and Left Click on the underlined form name to download it). Please download the forms, complete them and return them to SPRC as per the instructions on the form. Entry forms for Shakespeare County Raceway are available at the bottom of the page.
